Organic Irish Sea Moss Gel Recipe

Irish Sea Moss is an algae found in the Caribbean, Atlantic Coastlines of N. America, and Europe. It has been used for thousands of years as a holistic healing plant. Containing numerous nutrients, benefits of Irish Sea Moss includes but is not limited to:

Below is the recipe for Irish Sea Moss Gel:

  1. Wash your Irish Sea Moss thoroughly with Spring Water. Pour and drain until water is clear.

  2. Soak your Irish Sea Moss in Spring Water for 12-24 hours.

  3. Rinse Irish Sea Moss with Spring Water

  4. Boil half part Irish Sea Moss with Half part Spring Water (For Ex. 2 cups of Irish Sea Moss and 2 cups of Spring Water) for about 25 minutes until gel-like.

  5. Let cool down completely

  6. Place into blender and blend until gel-like consistency to your liking, add more Spring Water if needed.

  7. Store in an airtight glass container such as a mason jar for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.

Add to your everyday routine as you would vitamins. You can take a spoonful a day, add to your hot tea of choice, add to your homemade soups (keep in mind taste is salty so keep sodium down in your soup base seasonings) or add to a smoothie!
